Please note that your order will be immediately processed once you finish checkout. When your order is ready to go, you’ll receive an email confirmation as well as tracking updates to stay on top of your order’s journey.

We currently accepted Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

As we work swiftly to process and ship your order, we regret to inform that it is not possible for us to change your order once it has been placed and confirmed. This includes not being able to change the delivery address.

Therefore, before you process your order and payment, do check to ensure that everything is in order and to your satisfaction.

Simply enter the coupon code into the ‘Coupon’ box upon checkout. Please check the terms and conditions and expiry date of the coupon first, before entering the code.

Return Policy

Return & Refund

  • Return requests have to be submitted within 15 days from the date of receipt.
  • Item purchased as part of a set or multi-item pack has to be returned as a whole set.
  • Our flexible returns policy makes your online shopping experience even easier. We practice close monitoring of the number of returns made by customers, and continued returns will be flagged and potentially refused at our discretion.

An exchange option is not available. You may like to submit a return request for the original item within the return period, for a full refund. A new order may be made again.

All refund upon submitting the return request and approval, all returns will be reviewed by faroll.com and we reserve all rights to approve/deny any return value.

For faroll.com items, upon receiving them at our facility, we will send you a notification and process your request.

You may expect to receive your refund within the 7-14 business days in your Credit Card account.

Shipping Policy

Delivery

  • We aim to deliver your item(s) with courier as soon as we can from the date of order received and payment confirmed. We expect you to receive your order within 5-7 working days after courier pickup.

  • All purchases are insured against theft and accidental damage whilst in transit from makeproxycard.com to your shipping address, thus requiring a signature upon receipt.

    We are unable to redirect orders once items have been dispatched, so please ensure there is someone who can receive your order at the specified shipping address

  • You will receive an email from us when your item has been shipped. Simply click on the link in the email and you will automatically be redirected to Account > Orders.

  • Yes. For makeproxycard.com items, a shipping fee may be applied if your total purchase cost is below a USD$50.00 order value.

    Above USD$50.00 order value will entitled FREE shipping

  • In event of any import fees charged by the courier, although rare, makeproxycard.com will responsible.
